Hey there! I'm Cheryl.

I’m a graphic designer and illustrator based in the Baltimore area with experience in illustration, branding, collateral, and merchandise design. Currently, I work for Eleven Peppers Studios where I design full brand campaigns and digital assets for government and commercial clients.

With a portfolio that spans a wide array of styles, I pride myself on the ability to adapt to any creative challenge. Not being confined to a single aesthetic allows me to tailor designs specifically to each client’s vision and goals, ensuring every piece is both unique and purposeful.

I mainly work with Illustrator and Photoshop, although I like to keep current with other design programs too. These days, I'm playing around with AfterEffects so I can find ways to bring some illustrations to life.

Design branding materials (logos, style guides), print-based collaterals (posters, brochures, murals), vector and photographic based storyboards for video animations, and social media posts for various commercial and government clients. Create and maintain personnel avatars that are featured on the company's about page.

Charles Products, LLC
Designer/Production Artist | 2018 - 2022

Designed original art concepts and programs for zoos, aquariums, museums, and major brands (Disney, Warner Brothers, Six Flags, etc.), including products like drinkware, apparel, toys, and souvenir items. Adapted customer and designer art to product specifications, creating 2D/3D mock-ups and developing production files and packaging templates for international/domestic factories.

Design Intern | 2017

Created graphics, gifs, and promotional materials for campus events across websites, social media, and print; drafted, proofread, and posted news releases. Edited and resampled graphics for the lead Graphic Designer, and hand-crafted poster boards and navigational signs for campus use.
